No doubt each Halloween, after all the trick-or-treaters have gone and you’re looking for something scary to watch, you reach for something Michael Myers related, no?
Well, this year, why not try something different… why not give a Friday the 13th a spin?
Why would you do that, I hear you ask? Because streaming service Max have added the entire original franchise to their roster of titles this October to celebrate the titular date!
That’s right, on Friday October 13th, the first eight instalments of the legendary slasher series will be landing, and providing the perfect Halloween night treat. Parts one through eight join Jason Goes to Hell, which has already been a staple on Max for some time.
So, with 9 entries to choose from, no doubt you’ll have plenty of Halloween night viewing options. Are you a stickler for the original and enjoy Mrs. Voorhees unhinged antics? Or are you more of a Sack-Head Jason type and go for the sequel? Perhaps you prefer Jason in his iconic hockey mask? Or as an undead zombie on the streets of New York? Don’t worry, it’s all going to be there.
So, why not be a tad unconventional this Halloween and pay a visit to Crystal Lake? Surely the folks of Haddonfield have been through enough these last 3 years?
