After scoring three hits in a row with The Haunting of Hill House, The Haunting of Bly Manor, and Midnight Mass, Mike Flanagan and Netflix are reteaming for a new series called The Fall of the House of Usher!
Fans of classic horror literature will know that The Fall of the House of Usher was a short story by Edgar Allan Poe, first published in 1839 and adapted multiple times, most memorably by Roger Corman in 1960 with Vincent Price leading the cast. Despite the name, the Netflix series will actually be based on multiple works from Poe and will feature eight episodes in total, four of which will be directed by Flanagan, with Michael Fimognari helming the rest.
Flanagan and Fimognari will also executive produce the series alongside Trevor Macy and Emmy Grinwis. More news as we hear it!
