Fede Alvarez was recently confirmed as the director to Sony’s sequel to The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, The Girl in the Spider’s Web, but he is still finding time to develop a sequel to Don’t Breathe. He confirmed in a recent interview that he also plans to return to direct, so that is double the good news.
Synopsis:
A group of friends think they’ve hit the jackpot when they are tipped off about a large sum of money in an ex-Veteran’s house. Discovering that the old man is blind, the group are certain it’s going to be a quick getaway, but are shocked when they are granted a far from easy escape.
This is no surprise, because the horror film was one of the highest grossest films of the year, so far having grossed over $152 million worldwide. It hasn’t even been released on home video yet!

Don’t Breathe will be available to buy on DVD and Blu-ray 16th January 2017 in the UK.
