Let The Right One is a fantastic Swedish horror-drama that blends a beautiful friendship with bloody horror to create a poignant and, at times, scary feature. America got its hands on a remake in 2010’s Let Me In with Chloe Grace Moretz and re-imagined the story similarly, but solidly. Now, it’s time for the story to get the TV treatment and Euros Lyn is on the case.
Euros Lyn has signed on to direct the pilot episode of the upcoming Let The Right One In series that will be sticking with this original title. Lyn has an array of TV credits to his name, having directed episodes of Torchwood, Doctor Who, Black Mirror and Daredevil, so the pilot is in capable hands.
Norwegian actress-model Kristine Froseth has been cast as the vampire-girl Eli and it will be interesting to see how her relationship with the now-named Henry is explored over the longer time frame of a TV series.
