Eric Bress has not directed a film since the impressive mind-bending psychological thriller The Butterfly Effect, but after 14 years, he is jumping back into the director’s chair with a supernatural horror titled Ghosts of War.
Set during WW2, Ghosts of War follows five American soldiers who are assigned to hold a French Chateau that is occupied by Nazis. They soon realise that the Nazis aren’t the only enemy when a supernatural force promises to be more terrifying than anything they’ve seen during battle.
So far, Ghosts of War stars Brenton Thwaites and has producers in D. Todd Shepherd, Joe Simpson and Shelley Madison. The film has a release date slated for 2018.
