This trailer for Me and My Mates Vs. The Zombie Apocalypse looks like a lad’s holiday mixed with the end of the world, and it’s pretty funny. There’s a lot of blood, guts and gore, as well as hard-hitting dialogue like, “Daddy’s home!” If you like your zomedy flicks heavy on the comedy and easy on the zombie action, then this is the film for you.
Me and My Mates Vs. The Zombie Apocalypse is an Australian horror-comedy that follows a group of people trapped in a telephone exchange during a zombie outbreak. They must then decide whether to wait it out a la Shaun of the Dead or go out guns-blazing like in Zombieland. We know what we would do.
Me and My Mates Vs. The Zombie Apocalypse comes from director Declan Shrubb and stars Jim Jefferies, Adele Vuko, Alex Williamson and Andy Trieu. It will be released on 5th July on DVD and VOD.
