Channel Zero is no stranger to moving quickly on the production of its seasons, with season 2 wrapping production before season 1 had concluded in 2015. Now, details have started to emerge for season 3, before season 2 has even started airing. With such an array of Creepypastas to choose from, it’s no wonder Syfy is keen to make more and more.
Deadline has the news that Brandon Scott (Blair Witch) and Holland Roden (Teen Wolf) are to be season 3’s leads, with Scott playing the role of a jaded police officer living in the shadow of his Chief of Police father. Roden will be a tough young woman dealing with mental illness who has to be taken care of by her younger sister.
There is yet to be a confirmation of what Channel Zero season 3 will be inspired by, but we’re sure this news will be with us soon.
The upcoming second season will be titled Channel Zero: The No-End House and will be based on the Creepypasta written by Brian Russell which follows a woman in a house of horrors. The show is set to begin airing this October.
