While we wait breathlessly for Spiral: From the Book of Saw, director Darren Lynn Bousman has a brand new horror movie coming our way—Death of Me.
The film follows Christine and Neil, a couple vacationing on an island off the coast of Thailand. After waking up hungover with no memory of the previous night, they discover footage on Neil’s camera that, shockingly, appears to show Neil murdering Christine. With 24 hours until the next ferry and a typhoon threatening the island, the couple attempt to reconstruct the night’s events—becoming tangled in a web of mystery, black magic, and murder.
Maggie Q (Blumhouse’s Fantasy Island) and Luke Hemsworth (Westworld), and Alex Essoe (Starry Eyes) star in the film, which was written by Ari Margolis, James Morley III, and David Tish.
Death of Me hits theatres, digital, and on demand on October 2nd. Check out the official trailer below!
