Change the World with the Trailer for Mad Genius

Posted on: June 13th, 2018

A neon-drenched and exciting first trailer has been unleashed for the sci-fi-actioner Mad Genius and it shows one man’s attempts at putting right the wrongs of humanity. The trailer comes complete with a hard-hitting political and environment message, toys around with the idea of playing god and explores a man’s fractured psyche.

Synopsis:
Mad genius and hacker, Mason Wells (Chris Mason) has a mission to “hack the human mind” in order to save humanity, but first must reconcile his multiple alter egos. His most threatening alter ego, Finn (Scott Mechlowicz) pushes Mason to do whatever is necessary to accomplish their mission including theft, bribery and intimidation.

As their mission reaches the brink of danger, they become hunted by a nihilistic madman named Eden after they steal his technology and discover that he is working on the exact same project that they are. Ultimately, Mason discovers the only way to defeat Eden may be the ultimate hack, one he never thought imaginable.

Mad Genius has been described as “The Matrix meets Mr Robot”, comes from director Royce Gorsuch and stars Spencer Locke and Farin Tahir.

Mad Genius will be available on VOD and On Demand on 3rd July from Clay Epstein’s Film Mode Entertainment.
