Acclaimed horror series Yellowjackets returns for a second season in March, and Showtime has dropped an official teaser trailer that previews the brutal winter in store.
The short teaser also gives us a look at some of the new faces in the cast, including Elijah Wood (Maniac). In addition to Wood, Season 2 will star Lauren Ambrose (Servant) and Simone Kessell (Obi-Wan) alongside returning cast members Melanie Lynskey, Tawny Cypress, Christina Ricci, and Juliette Lewis.
In Yellowjackets: “Wildly talented high school girls’ soccer players descend into savage clans after their plane crashes in the remote northern wilderness. Twenty-five years later, they discover that what began in the wild is far from over.”
Yellowjackets was created by Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson. The second season premieres on March 24th.
