Quiver Distribution has shared a red band trailer for its upcoming home invasion thriller Becky—and you’ll see why the film received an “R” rating!
From directors Jonathan Milott and Cary Murnion (the team behind 2014’s Cooties), the film follows 14-year-old Becky as she goes on a weekend getaway with her father in an attempt to reconnect. But the trip takes a nasty turn when a group of convicts crashes the party.
Comedian Kevin James plays Dominick, the ruthless leader of the convicts, in his first villainous role. Lulu Wilson (Annabelle: Creation, The Haunting of Hill House) stars as the titular Becky. The cast also includes Joel McHale (Deliver Us from Evil) and Amanda Brugel (The Handmaid’s Tale).
Becky crashes into drive-in theatres and onto digital and on-demand platforms in the U.S. on June 5th. Watch the trailer below for a taste of the mayhem in store!
