An intense trailer has been revealed for Captive State, the latest film from Rupert Wyatt (Rise of the Planet of the Apes) and it shows what happens after extra-terrestrials have occupied the planet. It looks like an extreme take on They Live with a dash of District 9 and plenty of exciting action and explosions.
Synopsis:
Captive State explores the lives on both sides of the conflict – the collaborators and dissidents.
Anything with aliens gets my vote and Captive State looks like it’s going to be a refreshing take on extra-terrestrial invasion. The film stars John Goodman, Vera Farmiga, Machine Gun Kelly, Madeline Brewer and James Ransone.
Look out for Captive State on 29th March 2019 in the USA, before it lands in the UK on 12th April 2019.
