We’re approaching the 40th Anniversary of John Carpenter’s Halloween, the film widely credited with launching the slasher subgenre and igniting its 1980s heyday. Synopsis:

Halloween 2018 is directed by David Gordon-Green from a script her penned with Danny McBride; the film stars Jamie Lee Curtis, Judy Greer, and Nick Castle. Looks for it to slash into US Theatres beginning October 19th.
