We’ve all probably been expecting the sixth season of American Horror Story to air this October, but it has been revealed that the premiere date is actually set for 14th September. We still aren’t certain of the title or theme of the new season, but we do know that it will be a combination of two ideas, rather than just the one.
Lady Gaga, Angela Bassett, Sarah Paulson, Kathy Bates, Denis O’Hare, Wes Bentley and Matt Bomer will be starring in the new season, but Jessica Lange will not. A couple of months ago she confirmed her disinterest in returning to the show, so it’s a fond farewell from her.
Keep your eyes peeled for more, because we’re due some American Horror Story promotion any day now and, arguably, that is the best part about the series. In my honest opinion the show peaked in Season 1 with every following season feeling a little disappointing. Here’s to hoping that Season 6 will be an improvement!
